For all orders, please allow 0-3 working days for our team to locate and prepare your order for pick up or delivery.
If an item in your order is no longer available or we identify a significant defect, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
Please wait for our notification before coming to collect. Afterwards, you will have 10 working days to collect your order, anytime during our normal operating hours.
Orders not collected within this period will be put back on sale. Contact and a refund will be made if your item is sold once more.
Alternatively, you may contact us to arrange a later collection date.
Please also ensure you bring physically able people to load your order into your vehicle, as we may not always have the staff to help you perform this task. If you cannot bring this person, please contact us to schedule a pick up time when our warehouse staff are available to assist.
